What you value most will tend to stand out as you read the directory of fifty values below. Put an indication beside each word that resonates with you as you scan down the list. From your notations, select your top ten values and arrange them in order of importance. If you're having trouble narrowing the list to ten, don't worry: make it your top-twelve or top-fourteen list instead! Also - if you're having trouble prioritizing because for example, you rate both your spouse and your children as number one, dimly have two number ones. You may find that some words on the list seem very similar (ie: happiness and fulfillment); different words evoke different emotions in people, and if you're stuck between two choices that appear to be the same thing, just choose the word that appeals most to you.
